	Pair of Oak Travelling Candlesticks CS109 A pair of original, quality, 1920's, turned oak candlesticks of a slender form, with the original pressed brass drip sconce pans to the top and screw off bases, probably to assist packing in a case when travelling. Pair of Nickel Candlesticks CS108 A pair of original, quality, solid nickel candlesticks with shaped stems on square bases, with canted corners and push rod candle ejectors. This pair are impressed to the side of the base with 'England' and the registration number for the year 1893. 	Pair of Nickel 1911 Coronation Candlesticks CS107 A pair of original, quality, solid nickel, large candlesticks with shaped stems on square bases, with canted corners and push rod candle ejectors. This pair are impressed to the sides of the bases with the registration number for the year 1911 and with a crown over 'The Coronation 1911'. These were issued to commemorate the coronation of King George V and Queen Mary. Unusual to find these in nickel. 	Pair of 14" Brass Candlesticks CS105 A pair of original, quality, large, late 19th Century, cast brass candlesticks with shaped stems on square bases, with canted corners. Both candesticks are complete with the internal push candle ejectors and are stamped to the bases 'England' and with the registration number for the year 1893. Copper Chamberstick CS104 Original, quality, Art Nouveau, copper chamberstick for carrying a lighted candle to see the way to bed. This example, in pressed sheet copper is in the form of a heart or an arrow root leaf, with a ring grip to the rear and a candle sconce to the centre. The reverse is stamped with the registration number for the year 1914, 'Made in England & Solid Copper' and 'J. S. & S.' for the manufacturer Joseph Sankey and Sons of Bilston in Staffordshire. 	Pair of 10.75" Brass Candlesticks CS104 A pair of original, quality, cast brass candlesticks circa 1900, with turned columns on square bases with canted corners and complete with the push rod candle ejectors. Pair of WT & S Brass Candlesticks CS103 A pair of original, quality, cast brass candlesticks circa 1880, with bracket feet to the corners of the square bases. The drip pans to the top will lift out to assist removal of the candle stubs. The underside of the sticks are impressed 'WT & S' and with the sun logo for the manufacturer William Tonks and Sons of Birmingham. Polished, lacquered and complete and in good and working order. Pair of Brass Candlesticks CS101 A pair of original, quality, mid to late 19th Century, large, brass candlesticks with circular bases, shaped stems and the original push ejectors, although the buttons to the ejector bases are replacements made to suit. 	Pair of WT&S Brass Candlesticks CS100 A pair of original, quality, late 19th Century, cast brass candlesticks of a serious Art Nouveau form, with lift out drip pans. These very unusual candlesticks have four bracket feet to the circular base and a cast iron weight beneath, impressed 'WT & S', with the sun logo and 'Rd' for the manufacturer William Tonks and Son of Birmingham. W.T & S Brass Candlestick CS99 Original, quality, single, cast brass candlestick of an unusual form, with pierced decoration of flowers, vines and acanthus leaves and two faces of a bearded, mythical character. The lift out sconce to the top is marked 'Protected', the underside is impressed with 'W.T & S', for the manufacturer William Tonks and Sons of Birmingham, and with the registration mark for the year 1888. Sadly, only one of the pair but, nevertheless a superb, very unusual candlestick; polished, lacquered and complete and in good and working order. 10.5" high and base 4.25" diameter. 	1926 White Ceramic Candlestick CS97 Original, quality, white ceramic candlestick, with the cipher in green of King George V to the base and to the underside '1926' and 'Keeling & Co Ltd, Burslem' for the maker. Ceramic items with these Royal ciphers were generally from Government or Royal establishments for staff use, but not for the Royalty to use themselves. Pale Blue Ceramic Candlestick CS95 Original, quality, superb pale blue ceramic candlestick, with the original brass internal push rod candle ejector and impressed to the underside 'Registered 15th July 1840'. 	Pair of Tall Brass Candlesticks CS81 Pair of original, quality, late 19th century, cast brass 13.75" tall candlesticks, complete with the internal push rod ejectors. These larger than average sticks have a large bulbous body section to the centre with a diamond form recurring and are mounted on a square plinth with canted corners. Horse Hoof Candlestick CS79* Original quality horse hoof mounted with a brass shoe and top mount in the original unpolished finish and engraved to the front 'Prudence 1912 to 1932'. This example has a match holder tub beneath the turned boxwood lid and a super silver plated candle stick. An unusual item of superb quality complete and in good and working order. 	Pair of Engraved Brass Candlesticks CS78 Pair of original, quality, late 19th century, small brass candlesticks with slender stems on circular bases. Each base is inset with 3 agate mounts and is engraved in fine detail with flower and leaf designs. The drip pans to the top are also engraved but with much less detail. This pair of sticks would probably have been for a writing desk set with an inkwell, blotter, pen stand etc. A super pair of delicate candlesticks. Complete and in good and working order. Engraved Brass Chamberstick CS77 Original, quality, 19th century, punch engraved and decorated brass chamberstick with a side loop carrying handle. The design is remotely similar to holly leaves and berries. Some very minor metal fatigue to the loop handle but otherwise all is in good condition. Pair of Diamond Princess Brass Candlesticks CS56 Pair of original, quality cast brass, 10.75" high candle sticks, on square plinths with canted corners, complete with push rod candle ejecters. Impressed to the plinth 'The Diamond Princess' and with the registration number for the year 1902. Lacquered and complete and in good and working order. 10.75" tall and base 4" square. 	Pair of Huge 13 Branch Brass Candelabra CS50 Pair of original, quality, late 19th century, Continental large brass thirteen branch candelabra with three tiers of candle sconces, all in the old green patinated finish and in the Aesthetic Movement style. The tripod bases have mythical creatures' heads between a pair of pawed feet to each corner with the bodies leading up the base. The main columns have a design of palm tree trunks or fish scales?, and the top of the column, before the branches, has a large sconce pan mount matching the drip pans above. Each branch has leaf bracts and a pair of opposing flower heads. There is a little damage, six small shaped castellated rises are missing from the sconces pan edges, one to one candelabra and five to the other, these are hardly noticeable and could be repaired if required, otherwise all is complete and in good order. 	Pair of Brass Piano Candle Sconces PS86 A pair of original, quality, cast brass candle sconces, circa 1880, originally fitted to a piano. This pair were mounted on the horizontal section and not the front panel, hence these will only mount onto a flat surface and are not suitable for back mounting wall lights. Each plate has three countersunk screw holes for mounting and incorporate a swivel fitting with a stop to prevent the candle swinging back against the wall. This pair are very detailed to the backplates, have acanthus leaf designs to the underside of the drip pans and incorporate a swivel fitting with a stop to prevent the candle swinging back against the wall. Each backplate has four countersunk screw holes for mounting and all has been polished and lacquered and is complete and in good order. These great quality fittings have a very detailed design using acanthus leaf forms, particularly to the drip pan. The shaped backplates each have two countersunk screw holes for fixing. 	Pair of Brass Piano Candle Sconces PS6 Pair of original quality, cast brass, late 19th century, candle sconces with brackets as originally fitted to a piano. The arms swivel to permit movement left to right but designed to stop well before the candle could make contact with the woodwork. Tin Candle Lantern CL62 Original, quality, late 19th Century, tinsmith made, Shepherds type candle lantern. The top hood is hinged to gain access to the inside and has a ring handle to the top. Some minor rust holes to the upright spars and the actual candle holder is missing from the base, otherwise all is complete and in good order, with replacement glass fitted and cleaned and lacquered. 4" diameter and 11.5" tall. 	Candle Coach Lamp CL59* Original, quality, late 19th century, superb candle coach lamp with brass mounts, cut glass panels and a mounting bracket. This stunning lamp has been converted to electricity using new insulated 3 core cable and bulb holder and is now ready to be used for a porch lamp. Apart from a little damage to the interior of the hinged door all is in superb order. The original bracket has been cut and turned to suit a wall mount and both this and the lamp have been repainted. The exceptional merit of this lamp (sadly only one of a pair) has to be the shaped brass front bezel and the cut and bevelled glass panels; the front one being a sunburst with a magnifying central circle (amazing how it was cut into one piece of glass) and the side one with two vertical grooves again in one piece of glass. 	Double Action Brass Candle Snuffer CT6 Original, quality, mid to late 19th century, brass candle wick trimmer and snuffer, of the scissor form with a guillotine gate action. 	Double Action Candle Snuffer CT3 Original, quality, 19th century, double action steel candle snuffer and trimmer, engraved to the scissor hinges with a circular decoration and 'Patent'. The whole, with shaped stems to the finger grips, is mounted on three bulbous feet. Tin Candle Mould CM1 Original, quality mid to late 19th Century, tinsmith made tin candle mould for two candles. The best of tinsmithing formed this delightfull mould, with its top flange, side handle and tapered candle tubes. 	Brown Glass Fairy Light CL61 Original, quality, late 19th Century, pressed glass fairy light; used with a night light candle and hung in the garden for party decorations. These were free blown in a wooden mould and often shear top and ground off. This example is in a dark brown and is complete and in good order. If used today, it is essential the candle is floated in an inch or so of water, to prevent the heat cracking the glass. 3.75" high and 2.75" widest. Click on photo for larger and other views. Green Glass Fairy Light CL60 Original, quality, late 19th Century, pressed glass fairy light; used with a night light candle and hung in the garden for party decorations. These were free blown in a wooden mould and often shear top and ground off. This example is in a bright green and is complete and in good order. If used today, it is essential the candle is floated in an inch or so of water, to prevent the heat cracking the glass. 3.5" high and 2.5" widest. Click on photo for larger and other views. 	Cranberry Glass Fairy Light FL2 Original, quality, late 19th century, blown in a mould, glass fairy light. Very unusual in cranberry colour and perfect. Brocks Glass Fairy Light, 2 Available FL1 Original, quality, 1920's, clear blown glass fairy light for use outside. To be suspended from the bushes with a short nightlight candle, the candle must float in water inside the fairy light which is embossed to the underside "Brock's Illumination" and "Made in France".
