1901 RSPCA Award Brass HB57 Original quality heavy horse brass face plate merit badge awarded by the RSPCA, (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) at the London Cart Horse Parade, 1901 in cast brass with a nickel plated, lead Royal Coat of Arms and a short leather strap with a rectangular brass buckle. The brass is also over stamped 'E. Fautley', 'of', apart from this name, 1901 is also a very early date for RSPCA brasses.
