	Brass Cap for ROP Petrol Can M47 Original, quality brass, screw on cap as used on the two gallon spare petrol can, often fitted to the running boards of the earlier motor vehicles. These were manufactured and used from around 1900 up to the 1940's. This example is embossed 'ROP' (Russian Oil Products) for the brand of motor spirit. AA Badge India M46 Original, quality, post war 'AA' members car badge in bright chrome. This very clean example has 'India' above the wings to the top and to the front 'Western India', 'W35902' and to the reverse 'Property of the Western India Automobile Association, Bombay' and 'This badge must be returned when membership ceases'. 	National Benzole Petrol Can Cap M45 Original, quality, brass screw on cap as used on the two gallon spare petrol can, often fitted to the running boards of the earlier motor vehicles. Petrol Can Pouring Spout M44 Original, quality, brass, screw on cap with a pouring spout conversion, as used on the 2 gallon spare petrol can, often fitted to the running boards of the earlier motor vehicles. 	Cory Brass Petrol Cap M43 Original, quality brass, screw on cap as used on the two gallon spare petrol can, often fitted to the running boards of the earlier motor vehicles. AA Ashtray M42 Original, quality, nickel plated ashtray with a winged 'AA' badge mounted vertically. This model was mass produced during the 1920's and 30's and again in 1950, to commemorate the first million members in the Automobile Association. This example was the earlier issue and is impressed to one side 'Telephone Regent 300' and 'Telegrams Fanum London'. All is complete and in good order. 	Australian RAC Motoring Badge M36 Original, quality, super 1920's / 30's, radiator mounted, nickel plated car badge with two coloured enamel centre pieces and detailed in relief to one side for the 'Royal Automobile Club Association' and 'Royal Automobile Club of Victoria' to the other side. The base is stamped 'Stokes & Son, Melb' for the maker, to both sides 'Property of the RACV' and '17782', presumably the membership number. The central enamelled panels detail on one side with the Australian red ensign flag and to the other, a veteran motor vehicle with wings from its axles and a large 'V'. A truely stunning badge in near mint condition, with not a chip in sight to the enamelled plaques. 4" diameter, 6.5" high and 2" front to back at base. Click on photo for larger and other views. Pair of Leather Gauntlets M47* Pair of original, quality, near unused, gauntlet gloves presumably for the Calvary or Horse Guard's? These are in super condition, a light tan colour, and are stamped to the inside '9' for the size, '1944', 'WD316', 'N.F.S.65' and 'P.O.2' and also for the manufacturer 'Thos Ensor & Sons Makers Milborne Port'. 	AA Hotel Box Key M35 Original, quality, steel key to fit the wooden cabinets installed in country hotels, for the use of 'AA' members. These cabinets contained towels and brushes and were installed pre the first world war (pre 1914). This small key has fretted crossed AA's to the top, 'AA' for 'Automobile Association'. RAC Nickel Yale Key M32 Original, quality, nickel key made by Yale for the 'RAC' (Royal Automobile Club), and issued to all members to open the roadside RAC telephone boxes. AA Ashtray M30 Original, quality chromed metal ashtray with a winged 'AA' badge mounted vertically. This model was mass produced during the 1920's and 1930's and again in 1950 to commemorate the first milliion members in the 'Automobile Association'. Complete and in superb order with just some wear to the underside. Morris Motors Hubcap M23 Original, quality, 1920's, motor vehicle brass hubcap, later mounted for display on a circular maghogany backboard. The centre of the hubcap is impressed 'Morris Motors'. Some discolouration in the brass, otherwise all is complete and in good order. Cap 9" diameter, backmount 9.5" diameter and total 2.25" front to back. Click on photo for larger and other views. 	Pair of Austin Brass Hub Caps M13 Pair of original quality, 1920's, cast brass wheel hub nuts/caps impressed 'Austin' in script. AA Nickel Yale Key M12 Original quality nickel key made by Yale for the AA (Automobile Association) and issued to all members to open the roadside AA telephone boxes. 	Motor Vehicle Bulb Holder M10 Original quality circular pressed brass, two piece, hinged receptable to carry five motor vehicle light bulbs, with much of the original black paint finish. Embossed 'The Atlantic Bulb Box' and impressed with the registration number for the year 1922. Would have originally had a felt lining to the inside of each half. This was carried in motor vehicles to safely store spare bulbs, two headlight and three side / rear lights. Complete and in good order with only a few very minor dents. 5.5" diameter x 2.2" thick. Moore and Wright Oil Can OC27 Original, quality, 1920's, conical shaped, tin oil can with a brass base and nipple. The spout is sealed with a spring needle and is stamped 'Moore & Wright Sheffield England'. A tiny oil can in mint condition, cleaned and lacquered, complete and in good and working order. 	Braime Copper Oil Can OC26 Original, quality, 1920's/30's, all copper oil can with a rear loop handle, a long nosed spout to the front and a brass plunger button and screw on filler cap with a chain to the top. This shape oil can is most unusual to be in copper and this example has a brass label to the side, detailing for the manufacturer: 'Braime Made in England' and to the underside 'No. 19' for the model and '1pt' for the capacity. Some dents to the spout neck and rear loop handle, otherwise complete and in good and working order. This has been polished and can be lacquered, if required, at not extra cost. 14" long, 3.25" wide and 4.25" tall. Click on photo for larger and other views. Price: £115.00


Lucas No 40 Brass Oil Can OC25 Original, quality, small, narrow brass oil can with a long spout to the front, with a screw off dust cover, a top push plunger, a screw off filler cap and a finger hole handle to the rear. The top filler cap details 'Use Coin to Open', the underside is stamped with the registration number for the year 1919 and '49', and the two sides are stamped 'Joseph Lucas Ltd, Birmingham, England' and the other 'No 40 Oiler'. Above the finger grip handle is a steel spring clip to retain the needle pointed dust cap when the can is in use. This is the model fitted in the early 1920's Rolls Royces onto the bulkhead and this example has a replacement dust cap made to suit. 	Meccano Mini Copper Oil Can OC24 Original, quality, 1920's, superb miniature 'kayes patent' copper oil can with a screw off top brass cap, a pressure button, a rear looped grip and the long spout. This example is impressed with a 'K' to one side for the manufacturer and 'Meccano' to the underside. A wonderful object, these were included in the boxes of the larger kits of meccano free of charge. All is complete and in good and working order. 4" x 0.75" and 1" high. Steel Atco Oil Can OC17* Original, quality, 1920/30's circular and flat pressed tin oil can with a long neck and a brass screw in end cover. Embossed to one side 'Atco', the well known lawnmower manufacturer. Has been cleaned and lacquered and is complete and in good and working order. Diameter 2.5" x 0.75" and 6" total length. 	Kayes Patent Oil Can OC5* Original quality, late 19th century, very long, conical shaped, steel oil can with a brass sprung plunger and a brass screw-in end filler cap. It is embossed 'K' in upper case to one side panel. Said to have been used for Railway maintenance but not marked as such. National Benzole Petrol Can PC3 Original, quality, 2 gallon, steel petrol can, code dated to the underside for 1929 and impressed to the back and front 'National Benzole Mixture' and to the sides 'Use NBC Oil' - both advertising the supplier of the original contents, 'Motor Spirit'. These cans were often spare cans, fitted to the running boards of the earlier motor vehicles and were manufactured and used from around 1900 up to the 1940's. This example has the original brass screw on cap and the old original green-grey painted finish. All has been cleaned and lacquered and is complete and in good order. 12.5" tall including handle and 10" x 6". Click on photo for larger and other views. Price: £65.00


	1929 Pontiac Mascot CM16 Original, quality car mascot in the form of an American Indian's head with feathers and pigtails mounted on a radiator cap. This chromed, die cast mascot was supplied fitted to the 1929 Pontiac motor car manufactured in the US. The face of the Indian is copper plated to resemble bronze and the underside of the cap is embossed 'Made By Ternsteot MFC Co Detroit USA' and 'patent applied for'. Apart from some pitting to the chrome, all is in superb order and complete. 4" diameter base, 5" widest and 2.75" high. Click on photo for larger and other views. Price: £300.00

	Brass AA Badge CM10 Original quality, pre war, cast brass commercial vehicle membership badge for the Automobile Association (AA). Impressed to the front 'V89535' beneath the entwinned 'AA' with the wings above , all on a basket weave background. The reverse is stamped 'Property of the AA, New Coventry Street, London W1', and 'This badge Must Be Returned When Membership Ceases'. The reverse is rather pitted and the face a little scratched, but otherwise all is complete and in good order. 4.75" x 3.75" x 1/8". Click on photo for larger and reverse views. Price: £85.00


Pratts Petrol Coaster A41 Original, quality, 1920's, circular, copper, bottle coaster embossed to the centre with Pratts Perfection Spirit Petrol Can and stamped to the outside 'Made in England', 'Solid Copper' and 'J.S & S', for the manufacturer Joseph Sankey and Sons of Bilston near Birmingham. Midland Red Buses Conductor Badge BB5 Original, quality, post-war, cushioned and oval shaped, chromed hat badge with red enamelled inlay, detailing 'Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Co Ltd' and 'Midland Red Conductor'. 	Midland Red Buses Badge BB4 Original, quality, pre-war, curved and oval shaped, enamelled on brass hat badge, detailing 'Midland Red', 'B. M. M. O. Co Ltd' and 'Traffic Inspector'. Some damage to both the black and red enamel, but otherwise complete and in good order. Embossed to the reverse for the manufacturer 'Thomas Fallorini, Regent St. Birmingham' and has a brass split pin fitting with two eyes to the reverse. 2.5" x 1.5". The central detail has a tree above a fish or two, with a belt and buckle surround, over a ribbon swag, and details 'Corporation Tramways' and '5 Years'. Complete and in good order. 2" x 1.5". 	Gallon Oil Measure M95 Original, quality, 1920's, tinsmith made, one gallon, motor oil measure with a rear loop handle and a pouring spout to the front. The lead weights and measures seal details GR for King George V, 1911 to 1936. 	Half Gallon Oil Measure M41 Original quality, 1930's, tinsmith made half gallon oil measure/jug with pouring spout, stamped '1/2 gallon' to the side and with the lead custom and excise mark to the inside edge. Dominion Motor Spirit Enamel Sign S33 Original quality, 1920's, enamel advertisement for 'Dominion Motor Spirit', an early brand of motor car petrol. This large sign is clear and brightly coloured with black and white text on blue. Damage to the enamel around the edges, with one or two holes. Some touching in with paint only has been carried out to most of the chips. Marked for the maker 'Bruton London' and 'British Made'. 72" x 30". Click on photo for larger view. Price: £180.00


	Company Name Plaque NP99* Original, quality, 1920's, sheet pink brass, rectangular shaped company nameplate with four countersunk screw holes for mounting. War Time Cycle Lamp CL8* Original quality, 2nd World War, battery powered unused bicycle front lamp in the original green paintwork. The drop down visor would not show the light to the enemy bombers looking for directional clues such as roads. This lamp also has a carrying loop and a belt hook but requires a battery to work. Complete and in good order. 4.5" tall with handle down, 4" wide +3.25" front to back. Click on photo for larger and other views. Price: £56.00


	Candle Coach Lamp CL59* Original, quality, late 19th century, superb candle coach lamp with brass mounts, cut glass panels and a mounting bracket. This stunning lamp has been converted to electricity using new insulated 3 core cable and bulb holder and is now ready to be used for a porch lamp. Apart from a little damage to the interior of the hinged door all is in superb order. The original bracket has been cut and turned to suit a wall mount and both this and the lamp have been repainted. The exceptional merit of this lamp (sadly only one of a pair) has to be the shaped brass front bezel and the cut and bevelled glass panels; the front one being a sunburst with a magnifying central circle (amazing how it was cut into one piece of glass) and the side one with two vertical grooves again in one piece of glass.
