	T. Perry Fireproof Safe S101 Original, quality, small, fireproof safe circa 1900, in the original paintwork inside and out. This delightful little safe has all the original brass fittings to the door and inner drawer, all in the original matt gilt finish, and there are two keys for the door and one for the drawer. The exterior paintwork is in dark green and black and the interior a lighter green. All has been fully overhauled and is complete and in good and working order. Strong Safe Cabinet S100 Original, quality, 18th or early 19th Century, wrought iron, two door strong box / cabinet with a pair of two panel doors with brass fittings. The period drop brass handles are pulls only and the left hand key box is a false keyhole with cover, to balance the front aesthetically. The exterior has been stove enamelled black, the inside cold painted primer grey and the brass fittings cleaned and lacquered. The key is the original and has an added pin to use on the right hand secret keyhole cover release. A super strong box type cabinet, not sold as fireproof. All has been fully overhauled and is complete and in good and working order. External 37.5" tall x 23.75" x 20" front to back. 	Whitfield Fireproof Safe S98 Original, quality, late 19th Century fireproof safe, stove enamelled black to the outside and cold painted primer grey to the inside. The original brass fittings have been polished and lacquered and the six lever lock, fully overhauled, has two keys and the innner drawer also has a key. The cast brass manufacturer's plate details 'Frederic Whitfield and Co Manufacturer Birmingham' and the brass key plate with a sliding cover is detailed 'F. Whitfield and Co Lever Lock'. All is complete and in good and working order. External 24.25" tall x 18" wide and 16" front to back plus fittings. Internal 14.5" tall x 12" wide and 10" front to back plus drawer. Milners Fireproof Safe S97 Original, quality, late 19th Century fireproof safe, stove enamelled black to the outside and cold painted primer grey inside. The original brass fittings to the door have been polished and lacquered and the seven lever lock fully overhauled, has two keys both replacements cut to fit. The large, pressed brass maker's plaque details 'Milners London, Manchester and Liverpool, patent fire resisting and special safe'. The interior is fitted with a fixed central dividing panel and a small drawer, also with a seven lever lock and replacement key cut to fit. All is complete and in good and working order; a great looking and secure safe. External 25" tall x 19" wide and 19" front to back plus the fittings. Wrought Iron Strongbox S92 Original, quality, mid 19th Century, wrought iron strongbox with side carry handles, a hinged top lid and raised beaded panels to the top and four sides. The keyhole to the centre of the lid has a decorated octagonal shaped sprung cover, opened by using the pin on the handle ring of the original key. The outside has a mixture of old brown paint and green paint and the inside has the old green paint. A good heavy chest, not fireproof as such, but with the original key and fully overhauled lock. Key 4.5" long, main body external 18" x 11.5" x 12.25" front to back and internal 17.25" x 11" x 11.5" front to back. Click on photo for larger and other views. Price: £385.00


	Chubb Fireproof Safe S91 Original, quality, late 19th Century, fireproof safe with two keys for the door and one key for the inner drawer. This safe has been professionally stove enamelled black to the outside and has retained the original lime green paint inside. The locks have been fully overhauled and the keys are all replacements, cut to suit. The original brass fittings have been polished and lacquered and the plate details, 'Fire Resisting Safe' and 'Chubb Lock and Safe Maker 128 Queen Victoria Street, London'. The up sliding keyhole cover has the Chubb fish and 'trademark' and the brass plate above the door details, 'Chubb and Maxwell Ltd, Cape Town and Johannesburg'. The door is operated by a brass 'T' bar handle and all has been fully overhauled and is in super and good working order. External 26" high, 20" wide and 20" front to back. John Lowe Fireproof Safe S67 Original, quality, 19th century, fireproof safe, stove enamelled blue to the outside and cold painted primer grey to the inner. The inside is fitted with two lockable drawers and a removable steel shelf and the hinged front door has the original brass fittings; a keyhole surround with a swinging cover, a turning brass handle in the form of a fist with a document roll and the brass maker's plate. The keyhole cover is detailed 'Unpickable Lock' and the makers plate 'John Lowe, Patent Fire and Burglar Proof, Safe Maker of Manchester'. Two keys for the door and two for the drawers are included, all has been fully overhauled and is in good and working order. T. Withers Brass Safe Plate SP92 Original, quality, late 19th Century, circular, cast brass name plaque from a fireproof safe door. Detailing: 'T. Withers Patent Fire Resisting Safe, West Bromwich, near Birmingham. Estab 1855' in relief. This decorative example has an anchor in relief and details 'John Tann's, 117 Newgate St London, Reliance Safe'. Lumby's Brass Safe Plate SP84 Original, quality, 1920's, sheet brass name plate, originally from a fireproof safe, detailing: 'Lumby's Halifax, England', 'Fire and Burglar Proof Safe Makers' and 'Gold and Silver Medals'. 	Hamilton Brass Safe Plate SP78 Original, quality, circular cast brass manufacturer's plate circa 1900 with an integral keyhole and swinging cover. This was originally fixed to the door of a fireproof safe and details "Hamilton and Co's Patent Eccentric Lever Lock, Manufacturer to the Royal Mint". The central keyhole is surrounded by a royal coat of arms and the plate has two countersunk screw holes for mounting and all is complete and in good and working order. 4.25" diameter.
