	Fireproof Safe S118 Original, quality, late 19th century, fireproof safe with the original brass fittings, an inner drawer and keys cut to fit. The exterior has been stove enamelled black and the interior cold painted primer grey. The knob to the door is octagonal in form and the key hole has a sliding cover. The nine lever lock to the door has two keys, one original and one made to suit and the drawer has one. All has been fully overhauled and the brass polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed if required at no extra cost. Complete and in good and working order. Exterior 24" tall x 17" wide + 15" front to back plus fittings, interior 14" tall x 11.5" wide + 9" front to back plus drawers. Click on photo for larger and other views. Price: £485.00


G.Titterton Fireproof Safe S115 Original, quality, late 19th century, fireproof safe with keys, a pull out central shelf and the original brass fittings to the door. The exterior has been stove enamelled black and the interior cold painted primer grey. The cast brass name plaque details "George Titterton maker Birmingham", the sliding key hole cover is marked "Inviolable Lock". The handle to the door is a 'T' bar handle and the two keys for the seven lever door lock are replacements made to suit. All has been fully overhauled and the brass polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed if required at no extra cost. Complete and in good and working order. 	Strong Safe Cabinet S100 Original, quality, 18th or early 19th Century, wrought iron, two door strong box / cabinet with a pair of two panel doors with brass fittings. The period drop brass handles are pulls only and the left hand key box is a false keyhole with cover, to balance the front aesthetically. The exterior has been stove enamelled black, the inside cold painted primer grey and the brass fittings cleaned and lacquered. The key is the original and has an added pin to use on the right hand secret keyhole cover release. A super strong box type cabinet, not sold as fireproof. All has been fully overhauled and brass polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed if required at no extra cost. Complete and in good and working order. Wrought Iron Strongbox S92 Original, quality, mid 19th Century, wrought iron strongbox with side carry handles, a hinged top lid and raised beaded panels to the top and four sides. The keyhole to the centre of the lid has a decorated octagonal shaped sprung cover, opened by using the pin on the handle ring of the original key. The outside has a mixture of old brown paint and green paint and the inside has the old green paint. A good heavy chest, not fireproof as such, but with the original key and fully overhauled lock. Key 4.5" long, main body external 18" x 11.5" x 12.25" front to back and internal 17.25" x 11" x 11.5" front to back. Click on photo for larger and other views. Price: £385.00


	Tin Cash Box CB2 Original, quality, 1920's/30's, tin cash box with the key, the original lift out tray, a brass carry handle to the top and most of the original paintwork, with some rubbing and small scratches. Richardson Chromed Safe Plate SP114 Original, quality 1920's oval shaped, chrome on cast brass maker's plate from a fireproof safe door, with two screw holes for mounting and detailing "William Richardson Furnisher Ltd" , "Bent Steel Safe", "Established 1875, Leeds and Bradford". 	Tanns Brass Safe Plate SP112 Original, quality, late 19th century, rectangular shaped, cast brass makers plate from a fireproof safe door. This rectangular plaque has two countersunk screw holes on side tabs for mounting, a Royal coat of arms above and is detailed "Tann's Defiance safe and Lock Works, London Fields, London E". Ratner's Safe Plate SP109 Original, quality 1920's circular brass maker's plate originally from a strongroom door. This convex shaped example has deep embossed details for the safe makers "Ratner Safe Company Ltd, Banker's Engineers, London". 	Brass Safe Plate SP107 Original, quality 1920's oval shaped cast brass manufacturer's plate, originally from the door of a fireproof safe. This example is listed and details "Bent Steel Solid Door English Safe", has a coat of arms to the centre and two holes for mounting. Milners Brass Keyhole Cover SP106 Original, quality, mid to late 19th Century, cast brass keyhole with a swinging cover, originally from the door of a fireproof safe. The backplate has a design in relief of a pheonix bird rising from the flames and the swing cover details 'Milners Safe, Powder Proof Solid Lock, Liverpool and London'. J. Tann's Chromed Safe Plate SP87 Original, quality, 1920's, heavy chrome plated on cast iron, maker's name plaque from a fireproof safe door. This decorative example has an anchor in relief and details 'John Tann's, 117 Newgate St London, Reliance Safe'. 	Chatwood's Safe Plate SP81 Original, quality, late 19th Century cast brass manufacturer's plaque and keyhole cover from a fireproof safe. The main plate is detailed 'Chatwood's Patent London' for the safe manufacturer and the central panel will slide leftwards to reveal the keyhole and the two countersunk screw holes for mounting. 	Hamilton Brass Safe Plate SP78 Original, quality, circular cast brass manufacturer's plate circa 1900 with an integral keyhole and swinging cover. This was originally fixed to the door of a fireproof safe and details "Hamilton and Co's Patent Eccentric Lever Lock, Manufacturer to the Royal Mint". The central keyhole is surrounded by a royal coat of arms and the plate has two countersunk screw holes for mounting and has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed if required at no extra cost. The very detailed central pictorial has a royal coat of arms above a safe surrounded by fire and has "Milners Patent Fire Resisting and Thief Resisting Safe List 3" Has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed if required at no extra cost.
