Original, quality pair of First World War brass shell cases. Each has different stamped details to the underside. 1. "Sept 1918 Magdeburg, Karth, Polte" and "544". 2. "Juli 1916, Patronenfabrik Karlsruhe" and "248, Sp 255". Polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. Very, very minor dents otherwise in good order 19.75" tall x base 5" diam and top 4.25" diam.

Original, quality embossed brass trophy shield mounted on an oak backboard with an easel back stand. This trophy is engraved "Essex Thameside Senior Cup, Leytonstone F.C. Winners 1945 - 46, C. Banham". The brass plaque has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and all is complete and in good order. Total folded 5" x 3.5" x 0.75". Standing 3" front to back.

Set of 6 Antler Handled Steel Knives C68
Original, quality set of six matching late 19th century steel tea knives with antler grips and steel endplates. The blades are etched "VR" with a crown between for the Reign of Queen Victoria 1837 to 1901 and "George Butler & Co, Sheffield England" for the maker. Cleaned and waxed and complete and in good and working order, but remember, these pieces of cutlery are steel, not stainless steel, and will keep a very sharp edge, but they dislike water or moisture; just wipe and dry them thoroughly. 8.25" x 0.75" x 0.5". Original, quality early to mid 19th century pierced copper bon-bon basket with remains of the original Sheffield plating to the inside. This example has a swing over pierced handle and an oval shaped foot. Polished and lacquered, although he lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. The base is carved to the border 'Butter' in upper cased text and the ceramic dish has the "Broadway" Coat of Arms and the logo for "Arcadian China", the manufacturer to the reverse. All is complete and in good order. Carved treen base 6" diam x 1". Ceramic dish 4.1/8" diam x 0.5".

Original, quality late 19th century 10.5" diam dinner plate with sepia decoration detailing a picture of a Scottish castle to the centre with "In Commemoration of the Viscount Clive attaining his majority November 5th 1839" and a border of thistles. Vicount Clive, also Earl of Powis, born 7th March 1754 and died 16th May 1839. Some rubbing to the outer edge from old hanging wires, otherwise complete and in good order. 10.5" diam x 1.25".

Original, quality late 19th century all brass recessed door bolt with a replacement keep plate made to suit. This extra long example as five countersunk screw holes to the faceplate, one each to the top and the keep, a surface mounted turned finial / grip and a wrought iron concealed rod. All has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. Fully overhauled and is complete and in good and working order. Bolt 24" x 0.75", top plate and keep 1.5" x 0.75". Price is for each.

Original, quality mid 19th century good sized cast brass "doctors'" door knocker with a later matching knocking plate made to match. This style of door knocker was referred to as a "Doctors' knocker" for many of the village Manor Houses in the Georgian period were the residences of Professional Gents Doctors, Dentists, Solicitors and similar. This example has the original wrought iron bolt, nut and knuckle joint and the original circular backplate. All iscomplete and in good and working order. Backplates 2.75" diam, total 8.5" tall, 2.75" wide and 3.5" front to back.

Original, quality rectangular, casket shaped decorated biscuit tin, probably manufactured pre-war. This very clean tin is impressed to the underside for the original manufacturer of the biscuits contained therein "Huntley & Palmers, Biscuits Reading & London, England". The lid hinged to the back has an inverted cushioned form and all is printed in brown and gold abstract designs. In super condition with some minor rubs to the edges. Cleaned and waxed and complete and in good order. 9.25" x 6.25" x 4" tall.

Original, quality circa 1900, two tone glazed stoneware poultry / bird, drinker / feeder, impressed '1p' for the size ( 1 pint ). The principle is self filling; hence, the birds will not soil the water. This example has some old damage with a hairline crack around the front cover over the pan and some minor chips to the front of the roof over the pan, which have been smoothed down and one surface chip to the shoulder, otherwise all is complete and it will hold water. 7" tall x 4" wide and 6" front to back.
