These examples have a detailed design of a cherub holding up a garland of leaves and fruit. Good repairs have been made to refit a mounting plate to the rear of each bracket and all has been cleaned and lacquered and each has the reqistration number for the year 1897 and '16' for the size, impressed to one side and now all are complete and in good and working order. The two recesses to each of the top rails would originally have been fitted with rubber buffers for those who dropped the loo seat down.
