Original, quality late 19th century large oval steel diary can with a hinged lid, a brass swing handle and brass fittings. The top lid has a brass mount to the front and back with an engraved plaque to the centre detailing "Musgrave & Co". The reverse has a thick brass loop for hooking onto the delivery float or churn. The rear has a brass strip repair to secure the interior calibrated depth gauge, and the front is impressed for the supplier of the milk for delivery, "Amyand Park Diary". All has been cleaned and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and is complete and in good order.

Original, quality late 19th century ceramic spill vase manufactured by Bretby in the form of a pig beside a feed bin on a grassy patch. The feed bin is embossed "Thorley's Food", the back of the pig is detailed "Who Said Thorley's Food" and the underside is impressed "Bretby England". The paintwork is rubbed in areas to the bin and the back of the pig. Otherwise, all is complete and in good order. This is the first we have seen or even heard of.

Original, quality pair of late 19th century / 1920's oak three branch candelabra with open barley twist columns and the original brass drip pans. This pair unscrew at the bases to ease packing for travel. All has been cleaned and waxed and the drip pans polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. This is the first we have seen of this style. Complete and in good and working order.

Bases 5.5" diam.

Original, quality 1920's fireproof safe in the original paint inside and out. This smaller example has a drawer to the floor inside with the original lock and key and three keys for the safe door. All has been fully overhauled and has retained all the original brass fittings with the oval makers' plaque detailing "Parker Winder & Church Ltd Birmingham". The brass has all been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost, and all is complete and in good and working order.

This example was manufactured in 1933 and entitled "Money Box", has a lift-off lid and the underside is etched "Huntley & Palmers Reading & London England" and "Made in England". Some minor scuffs and scratches, but otherwise a good bright colour and complete and in good and working order.

Original, quality late 19th century huge brass water jug with a tubular handle to the reverse and a large pouring lip. The circular base is impressed "16" for the capacity in pints and "29. Fantastic condition with only very minor dents.

This example is acid etched through the blue overlay to clear glass detail for "Mellins Emulsion for Infants and Invalids", with the "Trade Mark" of a bird feeding chicks in the nest and for the maker "Burnham & London". Complete and in fabulous condition, and the first we have seen.

Original, quality late 19th century large all copper Turbot kettle / Turbotier complete with the inner lifting tray and outer lid. This super example has the quality of "Benham & Froud" but is not marked as such. As the name implies these were used to cook very large flat fish, especially Turbots. The interior tinning is good and all has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. All is complete and in good and working order.

Original, quality late 19th century servants' larger than normal intercom bell with brass mounts, steel springs and a central brass boss. Can be pulled from either left or right. For use with a tight wire, non-electrical bell system. Other parts required to operate this system are usually available in stock. Many other bell fittings of differing types may also be available. Often now referred to as 'Downton Abbey' bells. This super example has a replacement brass central boss fitted copied from an original although all otherwise is original. This bell has a good tone and resonance and is complete and in good and working order. The ironwork has been cleaned and repainted, and the brass polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost.

This example has a second steel backplate behind, the bolt has seven countersunk screw holes for mounting and the keep has two. Original, quality late 19th century silver plated on nickel rectangular shaped tray with a very unusual gallery, four feet, and a grip handle to each end. This example has a very decorative pierced outer rim profusely engraved in great detail of acanthus leaves, acorns, oak leaves, thistles, roses and shamrocks and to the centre "Presented by The Congregation of St Georges-in-the-Fields Parish Church Glasgow along with a purse of Soverigns to the Rev, James Meikle M.A.B.D, on the occasion of this appointment as minister of the Parish of Alyth 29th June 1897". All is complete and probably one of the best silver plated tray we have seen. Some very minor rubbing, otherwise complete and in good and working order.

Original, quality pre-war unused copper bull nose ring in the original card packet. The box is detailed "Hiatts Self Piercing wrought copper Bull ring 2.3/4" and in pencil 7/=. The box is a little scruffy but the ring is still sealed in a plastic bag and the copper is stamped "Hiatts". Complete and in good order.
