	Bread Board on Silver Plated Base BB58 Original, quality 1920's octagonal shaped sycamore bread board with its original pierced silver plated tray base. The reverse of the tray is impressed "EPNS" and "Made in England". The board is unused although the base tray does have wear to the plating and has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. The blade is etched for the maker "Christopher Johnson & Co Sheffield" and the handle has a carved ear of corn or wheat. Remember, these knives are steel, not stainless steel, and will keep a very sharp edge, but they do not like water or moisture; just wipe and dry them thoroughly.
