Perry and Son Brass Hot Water Can WC56
Original, quality late 19th century brass hot water can of an unusual aesthetic movement style with a certain resemblance to the designs of Dr Christopher Dresser. This clean example has a tinned interior, the original black ceramic knob to the lid, an exaggerated tubular brass looped handle over the top and a square tubed pouring spout. The underside is impressed for the maker "R.Perry Son & Co of Wolverhampton" and with the knotted rope logo, this company certainly manufactured some designs from Dr C. Dresser but I have not found any identical water can references, as yet. Some very minor metal fatigue but all complete and in good and working order otherwise. Polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. Will hold water if required for use.

10.25" tall. 4.5" wide.

11.5" including handle and spout.
